Based on sector research and a survey of judges in the ASEAN region, this report looks at the implications of emerging technologies on judicial integrity, based on the Bangalore Principles. The report examines the intersection of technologies with principles of due process, equality and judicial independence and makes nine recommendations for strengthening judicial leadership in the tech evolution of courts.
