Strategic Planning:
Working with staff and boards to review past directions, successes and challenges, assess opportunities, identify priorities and plan for the future. CALIBRATE’s model includes current state assessments, surveying, staff and stakeholder engagement, interviews, facilitated collaborative planning and a meaningful strategic plan that supports communication, direction and funding.
Evaluation:
Our evaluation practice includes formal evaluations, needs assessments, reviews and inquiries - with a focus on practical recommendations that are grounded in best practices and inclusive, feminist methodologies. We are globally recognized evaluators of programs and entire portfolios.
Training:
From small, facilitated, in-depth sessions to large webinars, our training practice incorporates our expertise in adult pedagogy and our experience with a wide array of learning styles and interactive formats. We deliver pre-prepared and tailor-made training programs that support the learning of critical concepts, institutional principles, and skill development.
