UN Women: Gender Responsive Budgeting: FInal Evaluation
Gender responsive budgeting (GRB) nests gender directly into the financial normative framework of a country, through legislation and policy and through the creation of transparent and data-driven budgeting public information that supports advocacy for gender equality and women’s empowerment by civil society and elected officials. The initiative under evaluation, the third phase of the Promoting Gender Responsive Policies in South East Europe Programme was evaluated based on the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability of the programme, using these OECD-DAC criteria.
Mapping Her Path: Needs Assessment
An anonymous survey of women's experience of sexual harassment, workplace violence and gender-based discrimination throughout their career was designed and conducted. The results were analyzed and used to design five pilot projects, currently being delivered in B.C.
Needs Assessment of Turkish Legal Aid Services
Needs Assessment and Recommendations on the provision of free legal aid to vulnerable groups in Turkey including Women, Children, Refugees, People with Disabilities and LGBTI people. The Needs Assessment was based on site visits in 6 cities, focus groups and interviews with civil society, legal professionals, bar associations, judiciary and government officials.

Evaluation of a multi-year program with multiple international donors that engaged a number of sectors (business, education, government) in anti-corruption strategies.
UNICEF: A Strategy for Children’s Rights
A comprehensive Strategy for embedding compliance with the UN Convention on the Rights of Child in the investigations and decision making protocols of the Ombudsperson Institute. The strategy was complemented by case handling procedures, communications materials and institution-wide training.

Canadian Bar Association: Toolkit on Preventative Lawyering
Research, Advocacy and Tools to promote preventative approaches to the practice of law. The final publication includes a paper making the case for integrating preventative thinking into the lawyer-client relationship, followed by concrete tools for lawyers.
METRAC Action on Violence: Project Strategist
Design of collaborative approach to design of survivor-centered alternatives for domestic violence. Project Strategist role to bring access to justice coordination throughout the project ensuring data consistency, integration of research and project implementation.
Justice Education Society: Program Review and Recommendations
A comprehensive review of a provincial program including focus groups and surveys of all stakeholder groups in five cities, docuemnt review and analysis of program usage. Developed a 10-year plan for program improvement, strengthened funding and adaptation to new curriculum and access to justice needs.
Pro Bono Students Canada: Evaluation Framework
Development of a national data collection strategy for access to justice initiatives. Design, implementation and training of data collection and evaluation framework for multiple staffed and volunteer locations, frequent new staff trainings and minimal long-term support. An online, bilingual approach has allowed for efficient data collection and the integration of evaluation into training, staff and volunteer responsibilities.
